How do you disable the rest api response limit of users?

In our case we have about 12000 users in crowd.

And we need to get all users in our response. 

The limit we get are 1000 users.

Is it possible and if yes how can we disable the limit of the response.

no you cant disable the limit. it is there for a reason. You need to read up on pagination. ... &startat=x
