How can we change our personal account information after when Crowd1 KYC not approved yet.

We already upload document and ID but not approved, so that I want to change account information.

Could you explain more about what you are trying to achieve?  You don't need Atlassian's approvals for accounts, and it is unclear what you mean by "Crowd1 KYC"
