my CROWD license after reboot writes that it is not valid

I take a license from the account but says it's not valid, what should I do?

You do have a valid, unexpired Crowd license associated with the email address used to post this question.

Please let me know:

• What steps are you taking to retrieve the license from My Atlassian and apply it to Crowd? There is an expired evaluation license under your account as well, so you want to avoid that one.
