Crowd server exeption screen.

following error message is showing after I entered the license on new Crowd server. What could be the reason? What should i do investigate this error? It is on remote computer with no internet access so I can not get the log right now.

I am sorry you've experienced this kind of error.

At the moment it is hard to say what is the underlying problem here without a broader context. Would you mind checking your log files if there are other errors logged before this NullPointerException?

We can also open a support ticket for you, so it would be easier to share the logs with us. Before we do that could you check if you starting Crowd using Java9 by any chance? If so please note that currently it is not supported and JDK8 should be used instead.

Java is Oracle JDK 8 and Java Core is working fine on same computer. Also I will attach the log when I would be able to get them. Thanks.

Now I have the log file. How can I upload file here?
