What do you mean when you say it is unable to see some users? How are you populating users into Crowd? Are you coming from another external user directory like LDAP? Are you creating users manually?
If you are talking about LDAP, can you identify any common thread to users that are not showing up? Are they a part of a similar group? Do they all have some common property?
