Is it possible to use crowd as oauth server? I'd need that!
I have read about https://bitbucket.org/atlassian/atlassian-oauth. Is that what I search for and if yes how does it work,
In theory, yes. If you have a look at the content of the crowd.home/bundled-plugins folder, you'll see that the OAuth plugins (both service and consumer) are already there. However, there is nothing in Crowd's UI to register OAuth consumers, nor view or revoke OAuth access tokens. So I'm afraid you'll still have to vote for the new feature request.

Crowd does not support this feature yet but you can vote for it at the following URL: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/CWD-3951
