I am currently looking at replacing Apache DS LDAP and was looking for the best DS for a Production enviroment.
Stubled upon Microsoft Active Directory Lightweight Directory Server, this ticked most of our requirements.
need some assistance moving the users from Apache DS to AD LDS. also having some issues with crowd creating users in the the AD LDS.
Hi Nakhill:
Have you checked this documentation yet? http://social.technet.microsoft.com/Forums/windowsserver/en-US/ff584845-f6e2-4c7a-93ee-0195ec337db4/export-structure-from-apacheds-to-adam
It basically explains the differences between the LDAP vendors. In this case, the changes can be made directly in the LDIF file.
Hope it helps!
