Cannot log into Crowd

Hi Support,

We tried logging into Crowd, and it said we do not have a license even we do. Please help.

So this means you have too many people using Crowd.  If you go to admin, you'll be able to disable some which will enable it to work again.  Or you can give it a new licence key for a higher number of users if you get one.
