Cannot import new users from Active Directory

I cannot import new users from active directory. Every new user added does not appear in Crowd. I have done synchronization few times before I check. There are only 30 users in my Crowd directory, I haven't met 50 users limit yet.

What directory type did you configured the LDAP in Crowd? You can check it in Directory Browser

If you use Delegated Authentication Directory, then you will need to create the user in Crowd manually.

What is the Base DN and User DN that you have configured?

What is the DN of your user in LDAP?
