CSV importer in Crowd

I am trying to import users using CSV importer in Crowd

It always give error "The file "C:\Users\XXX\example_users_file.csv" cannot be found or read."

Location is correct and in right format .csv

Hi @Ron Jacob.

If the location of the file is correct, please check the permissions on that file and please make sure that the user the Crowd server is running has read access to that file.
