Hi @Rajratan Dahane

Is Confluence connected to Crowd application? Does this problem happens when you try to navigate to Confluence site in a incognito mode?

I would suggest looking into the log files which may indicate what is the issue here and contact our support team at

Best Regards,

Marcin Kempa
