401 error while login through localhost

Hi Team,

We have upgraded Confluence service to v6.7.0. and it is successfully installed,

but when we trying to access the site through localhost we are getting an error.

401.error.png

please look into it.
could you please suggest any possible area gets failed so that we can check and verify.

Hi @Rajratan Dahane

Is Confluence connected to Crowd application? Does this problem happens when you try to navigate to Confluence site in a incognito mode?

I would suggest looking into the log files which may indicate what is the issue here and contact our support team at getsupport.atlassian.com.
