CROWD UPGRADATION

We had upgraded crowd from 2.* to 4.*, after upgradation we had setup the default admin account and we are able to login with that account.

Next we had restored the database then after that we are not able to login with default admin account which we had set it up while upgrading and we are also not able to login with users which are in Database too.

Could anyone please help to recover the password.

Why did you "restore the database" instead of doing a proper upgrade?  Can you tell us what you did to do the upgrade?
