How do we log into our atlassian after our domain got pirated (forgot to renew, and they spiked the price 200x) , and we had to change our domain name and now I can't log into our atlassian. Is there way to get our site back?

I would suggest reaching out to Atlassian Support with this question. I'm guessing all of your accounts (emails) are using a domain that is no longer in use (which would include organization admins as well)?
Again, I've seen people reaching out to Atlassian to sort these kinds of things so that would be my recommendation here as well.
