we are unable to see our project board

Everyone on our Jira board is experiencing the problem, even the admin is facing the same issue. Kindly provide a solution for this issue.

In foresight, it could be related to permissions etc.
Can you confirm which license you are using? @Shweta Bhadouria

We are using free license as we have10 users.

@Shweta Bhadouria You have posted in the Confluence Questions area, but you are asking about Jira. Are you using the free Jira license?

As pointed out by @Ankush Bora, this does seem to be a permissions issue. Have you tried logging out of Jira and back in? Clearing your browser cache?

Since it's happening for all of your users, has something recently changed in your environment? For example, my company recently changed our email domain, and some users had issues accessing our Atlassian products at first.
