upstream and downstream for tracing derived requirements

Hi, I'm new to Confluence. Could you direct me where I can find some information how to implement the traceability between origins of requirement and all derived requirements? It's typically implemented by upstream and downstream functions in a requirement management tool. Does Confluence or any Atlassian tool chain support this feature with a GUI? Many thanks,
