upload to cloud

I want to upload a spreadsheet to the Cloud.  I have done this in the past, but recent changes have confused me.  Can you explain how to do this?

There are several ways you can do this.  

1. You can drag and drop it onto the page while you are editing it.  This will add it to the page and when you save the page it will be visible on that page.
2. You can create a file list and add the document to the file list.  This will allow individuals to see the different versions of the document if you make changes and then store the document in Confluence.
