the question plugin by atlassian can't create new question

1.the plugin can't use ,but not all of them can't, they can't create new question and can't see that we take in the past
2.we have reload all of them ,such as system of confluence and plugin
3.at first,they can use,but wait about severl hours,this question appeared.
4.we find after reload but they are still only two modle can't open,other we can. we don't know how to enable that.

First of all, this problem disappeared after I reinstalled the entire system and the problem library plug-in last time, so I didn't continue to pursue this problem, it turned out to be a problem yesterday, so I came back here to see if there were any effective solutions. Second, the problem I found after the reinstallation is not related to several models that are disabled on the plug-in itself, because the two disabled models are also disabled in the state that they can be used after the reinstallation. Finally, I guess the problem is that there is a problem in the database of the problem library plug-in itself, because I found that the data of the system itself can be updated and stored, but the problem of the plug-in can not create new problems, and showing old problems from the past.
