Hello Sumbal,
Welcome to Atlassian Community. It's nice to meet you!
Does this occur on all pages and spaces, or only particular ones? I've seen for example if you paste content from another source, it could cause the error:
If it is the case where it's only with certain pages, you can have a look at the Storage Format of the page and see if you're running into this bug as well.
If not, then we might need to check your server logs to know the true cause of the timeout.
Regards,
Shannon
Hi Sumbal,
I don't have access to your database or log files, so I could use your help in troubleshooting this issue further.
I'm not sure what you mean when you say the bug persist in the View Storage option. My suggestion was to check your page storage and make sure that there aren't any extra tags that might have been added if you copied and pasted the content in the page.
Thank you for your help.
Regards,
Shannon

Hi Sumbal,
This is generally an issue with the network connection between you and the site.
Your screenshot shows me that you're using the legacy editor for this page. If you refresh the page, does the issue go away when you try to save again?
Can you try loading Confluence in Incognito mode so we can rule out any installed browser extensions?
Otherwise you might want to migrate that page over to the new editor and then see if you still have the issue.
Looking forward to hearing from you soon!

Hi Shannon,
Please find response in bold to your questions.

No, the issue persists whenever we try to edit it no matter what we do. Retry or refresh nothing works.
Can you try loading Confluence in Incognito mode so we can rule out any installed browser extensions?
Yes, I have checked this in Cognito Mode as well, the issue still persists.
Otherwise, you might want to migrate that page over to the new editor and then see if you still have the issue.
Please share the process, how can I migrate this page to the new editor
Thanks,
Sumbal

Hello Sumbal,
Thank you for sharing that information.
I believe this is still likely to be a connectivity issue, but we'd need to have a look at your Cloud site to know.
As for the new editor, it should already available on your site; it would be the default for new pages. I recommend that you raise a ticket with the Cloud Support team so we can have a look.
I checked your Atlassian ID, and I see that you are listed as a regular user on your Cloud site. You'll want to make sure to have your site's admin raise the ticket. Otherwise, our support portal won't allow you as a a regular user to raise a support ticket.
Let me know if you have any trouble.
