the admin group user can't update user info or user group info.

1.The confluence server and jira server was running normal over 2months ( the confluence user  called "helen"and group imported from the jira, set the whitelist each other and tested ok), one confluence user created by itself can't login the confluence suddenly, others are good, then restart the whole server.  it pop up "mysql must use tx_isolation='READ-COMMITTED'" when restart the confluence , and jira server need set jira home ,so i reset the mysql and jira home,then restart them, they looks started.

2. the helen still can't login the confluence, and others can login and do the rerord correctly, but the admin can't update personel and group info can't be update ,so i check the confluence log.
