Hi @V SAINATH REDDY ,
We can suggest trying our Table Filter, Charts & Spreadsheets for Confluence app (that is our add-on).
Its Table Spreadsheet macro allows you to import your existing CSV file and continue working with it right in Confluence (both from page view and page edit mode): use Excel-like cell formulas, conditional formatting, filtration, aggregation, and so on.
no what i want is i already uploaded csv file and want to view it and edit is it possible so i have uploaded as links.is that possible?

As your file is uploaded as an attachment to your page, you may download it, edit in Excel and upload it back as a new version of the attachment.
What concerns the Atlassian Companion, it should work fine for Data Center: https://confluence.atlassian.com/doc/edit-files-170494553.html
Maybe you are on Confluence Cloud?

Not sure then - you may ask your Confluence administrator how the Companion works for him/her. On our test Data Center instance I see the Edit button in the right top corner of the file preview:
When I click on it, the Companion downloads the file and opens it for editing.

You can choose your 7.19 version of Confluence in the documentation that I've posted above and read about all the options https://confluence.atlassian.com/conf719/edit-files-1157466600.html
The Atlassian Companion should be working fine - you may check with your Confluence administrator how to install and use it correctly (you should see the Edit button in the file preview).
Other ways were also mentioned: 3rd party apps that are very flexible & user-friendly and download the file -> open it with Excel and edit -> upload it once more with the same name.
