recommended video resolution for best performance in fullscreen for mp4s

with Macro Flowplayer inside Confluence to achieve optimal performance in full screen?

1920x1080, 1280x720 or rather smaller? 

Handling quite a view video assets there...

Any ideas?

Hi Andrea,

Actually there isn't a recommended video resolution for best performance, because it's going to work either way. Smaller will "load" faster but the quality will be affected. If your network is good, you can upload to Youtube, if it's a public video.
