Hi @Omri Avigdor , Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

Can you try opening the page in incognito/private window and see if that helps?

Also please provide a screenshot of the error message if possible.

Kind Regards,

Ash

Thank you for sharing the screenshot.

Have you tried using your browser with incognito/private window?

This will prompt you to re-sign in and usually fixes issues like this.

I'd also recommend having a look at this KB: Troubleshoot login issues with your Atlassian account | Atlassian Support

Kind Regards,

Ash

Have you tried using your browser with incognito/private window? - Yes. Still.

Its also on Courses that I made.

Thanks for confirming.

Are these courses provided by your company or is this Atlassian material?

If its the latter, can you provide a link please?

KR,

Ash

Ok, we're getting somewhere so.

Do you know if anyone else in your company is able to access this course material?

KR,

Ash

Yes. Everyone.

Ok, this leads me to believe that the issue is on your side rather than the company, which is good because it should be relatively straight forward to fix.

The issue is likely still related to your browser or network connection.

I would recommend following this KB fully: Login issues related to browser cookies | Atlassian Support

If at all possible, a different browser.

Let me know if that works.

KR,

Ash
