If you strike the "end" key while editing in Confluence (on MacOS), the editor will scroll to the end of the file.
Expected: the cursor should go to the end of the line.
Is there any way to change this behavior? It's maddening, and follows no convention that I've ever experienced anywhere else.
Hi @Data Team welcome to the Community! I took a quick look at Atlassian's JIRA site and didn't find anything specific to the End key on the Mac. It would be my opinion that if Confluence functionality is different on a Mac vs PC, that it should be looked at by Support. I would suggest opening a ticket with support.atlassian.com with detailed steps and get their feedback. Using Edge on Windows, I can see End goes to the end of the line as expected, but would need to test it on my Mac later. Hope that helps.
I do have the issue on MAc. This is driving me insane. Hitting End takes you to the end of the document.

I find this infuriating. Sometimes I'll hit "End" several times per minute while editing a page. Whenever I do, the name "Charles" comes to mind. I do not know why.

!!!Infuriating!!! Please update the UI to conform to Mac OS keystroke standards.
