printing option(s) in analytics cockpit

Anja Fredrickson June 8, 2023

in Confluence Server we are able to pull a report through the analytics cockpit, which shows how many accesses to Confluence per day by how many users happened for a predefined period of time (Oct. 2022 until today).

How can we export the diagram (without having to export to a CSV-file?

Btw, in the Cloud I cannot find the analytics tool at all!

Thanks for any help you can provide.

Cheers,

Anja

Hello @Anja Fredrickson ,

Since you mention "Analytics Cockpit" and also "CSV export", I assume that you have our Viewtracker app installed on your Confluence Server instance. In Confluence Cloud this app also needs to be purchased and installed for you to use it. Of course, there is a 30-day trial period free of charge.

Regarding your question on how to export diagrams. The easiest way to export only the line chart or diagram is to take a screenshot of it. Here are the instructions for Windows and Mac respectively.

If you have any further questions about our app, please feel free to contact our support.

Best regards,

Mattia
