Possibly it is not there as Confluence 5 is quite old and a lot of changes went into confluence 6.
My suggestion is to look at Confluence 6 upgrade notes and manually plan your upgrade from there.

If you have a testing environment - go through all upgrade manuals and do a test upgrade manually that would give you some confidence and go ahead with your upgrade manually;
1) Take care of backups
2) Take care of plugins
3) Take care of any customization that you have in place .
