I have created a user with correct permissions to read spaces in my confluence cloud. In fact, i was able to do the integration with the sandbox enviroment. But when I try the integration in the production enviroment, i get this response:
{
"errors": [
{
"errorMessage": "Check the user permissions. Your Confluence user doesn't have permission to list spaces in your Confluence site."
}
],
"reasonKey": "sd.kb.link.cloud.error.forbidden",
"reasonCode": "403"
}
I logged with the user and it can list and view the space i want to link, how can i debug this?
Hi @Javier Pérez ,
At times a users cache doesn't reflect the changes instantly, would suggest asking the user to try a hard refresh or checking the login in incognito.
Let us know how this works out.
Hi there,
In fact this problem persists since a week. I just tried today in a Private windows and same error message.
