@huanqiu ,

You are mentioning that 'you can't update that'. Any issues you're running into while attempting to update? For the CCMA (Confluence Cloud Migration Assistant) you need to be on version 5.10.0 at minimum. So, it seems you're pretty close by! You could attempt to update to 5.10 specifically, if possible - then you can use CCMA to migrate your data.

I can imagine that you're currently out of support due to the old SLA version and you might be unable to update because of that. You should reach out to Atlassian Support to see if they would provide a trial license so you are able to update, and then move to cloud. You can reach them at https://support.atlassian.com (use the button on the bottom of the page).

 Hi @huanqiu

Welcome to our Community.

For old version migartion to cloud, you could try upgrade to new version firstly and then migrate to Cloud.

Thanks,

YY哥
