not working Two Dimensional Filter Statistics Gadget on the Confluence

Since several days I can't use the two dimensional filter statistics gadget on the confluence 

every time I try to load the gadget, it's impossible to configure it

I'm getting the same error when trying to add a Two Dimensional Filter gadget. Cleared the cache and no change.

In addition, I cannot edit existing Two Dimensional Filter gadgets, they are also coming up blank.

I'm not sure why this is happening, but if you can't fix it, my advice is to open a ticket with Atlassian Support so they can take a look.

Another possibility would be to look for a better alternative to this macro by searching for a plugin on the Atlassian Marketplace that offers such a macro.

If you consider the idea of trying a plugin, our Great Gadgets app for Confluence Cloud offers a Pivot Table & Pivot Chart macro that lets you display not only two-dimensional, but multi-dimensional statistics in form of pivot tables, heat-map tables and pivot charts of various types by issue count, sum of a field, percentages, etc by using drag & drop, just like in Excel. See some examples:

These problems are often browser related. Have you tried a different browser? Or clearing the cache? Or even trying with Incognito mode?

I also have a trouble to use not only the two dimensional filter statistics but a pie chart marcos as David has experienced. 
Actually, I had used these marcos without any problems almost two weeks ago. 
And I use the cloud confluence env.
