missing top line in tables

Hey all,

weird behaviour of confluence server (v7.17.1) with Refined Design.

-> i have no admin-access to the instance.

When i create a table, the top line of the table is always missing:

This only happens when i create a table with left-aligned heading.

In editor it all seems good (top image):

Welcome to Atlassian community.

Any plugins installed recently ? Did you check in different browsers to see if it works fine there?

I would say test in safemode once to see if any app is causing this.
