My team members have reported that they are unable to use the user mention with my name. It's no longer showing up.

Thank you for reaching out to Community!
I saw that you created a ticket with our support related to the same issue and it was already resolved by a Content indexing which re-synced your user with the Confluence user base.
I'm adding the resolution here because if any other community member has the same issue they will know that it will be necessary to create a ticket since the content indexing is disabled by default and only a System Administrator can do this.
