Hello,
When I attempt to setup a mail server in my new Confluence Cloud account, I am unable to see the mail server configuration on the site configuration page. I am a global administrator and cannot seem to locate the configuration, please help
Hey Eric, please make sure this settings applies to Confluence Cloud. For example, some configurations are Server Only:

"The information on this page does not apply to Confluence OnDemand."

Yes, you can't change mail servers on Cloud
You must be a registered user to add a comment. If you've already registered, sign in. Otherwise, register and sign in.
What led me to this was that I cannot share a Confluence page via email, the "Share" button is greyed out. That led me to the article that describes how to configure the mail servers. How would I go about remedying the "share" button being greyed out?

Ahh, right. It should be enabled on Cloud automatically as Atlassian set up a mail server by default for you. I'd raise this with https://support.atlassian.com
