hi support, can i install Jira and Confluence inside of domain into a apache server with linux centos + Plesk?

or should i use a fresh and clean linux server.

the linux version has a iso file.sh
i was looking for a folders and files and a install folder.

There's no issue here, you just have to make sure the ports don't overlap and that you decide which application or website you want to access first when typing in your domain. 

As for installation, you can follow this article:

The installation directory itself is what you download when you download Jira. It won't be called "installation" however:
