We migrated from server to cloud 2 years ago when we were acquired. I am noticing that most pages in some spaces are now obsolete and some are misleading. So I have 100's (maybe 1000's) of pages to review.
I would like to find (or build) a tool that could show me each page in a space and let me decide whether to delete it, archive it, or add a comment that it is still valid or a comment that it is partially current (and add the label "needs_review") with one click and then move on to the next page.
Does such a tool exist? Anyone interested in collaborating on such a tool?
EDIT
I see some cool products listed, but none of them solve my problem. I need a person to review each page based on content, so something like
The key is one click per page
There's lots of room for bells and whistles here like filtering the list of pages to be reviewed using labels (e.g. skip any page reviewed in the last 3 months).
At the end of this process, I would look at the space and then decide whether to keep it or merge it with another space or just redistribute the pages to other spaces. For instance, my old "IT" space would probably be reduced from 300 pages down to about 20 because the other pages just don't apply any more now that we're part of a bigger company, and those remaining 20 pages would probably get moved into the devops and engineering spaces.
You can also try Better Content Archiving, the go-to tool for 15 years when it comes to Confluence content quality and lifecycle management. It is now available for Confluence Cloud!
You can automate:
There is also a better Confluence page ownership experience and a Confluence Cloud reporting capability is also in the works!
Give Better Content Archiving a try and reach out to me personally if you need a demo.
(Please note that Better Content Archiving is a free/paid, supported app and I'm part of the team developing it.)
Better Content Archiving is developed for this exact use case! And it is actually being use to track up to a million pages (on Data Center), so 100's or 1000's won't be a problem!
The status is tracked by the app and is shown in the context of a few key metrics for the user who makes the decision on the page's validity:
If he decides that it is still valid:
Otherwise he can edit the page to make it valid again.
Or, he can decide that it is no longer needed:
Regarding your requirements:
You should definitely try this!
(Discl. it is a paid and supported app developed by our team. Free for 10 users!)

I see the Breeze plugin has some capabilities like that. I would take a look on the marketplace at some of the other archiving plugins as well to find the one that best fits your needs.

Thank you @Kian Stack Mumo Systems for highlighting Breeze.
Yes, Breeze is a full content lifecycle management solution for Confluence Cloud featuring:
👉 To anyone interested: feel free to give it a try or schedule an appointment with me for a personal demo.
Cheers and all the best, Adrian from B1NARY
PS: Let me mention that the use case of Jeremy, the author of this thread, is very specific, and none of the apps mentioned provide the option to automatically advance to the next page (during review), as requested. Breeze, however, is very close because it provides a dedicated view for all pages to review, which can even be filtered by reviewers. While it's not "one click-only," it is, however, designed for a collaborative content management process.
