Hello Team,
I have backup of installation and homedirectory for confluence.
backup is in the form of tar.gz
if i want to restore the confluence with the same backup
how can i do that ?
Hi @Pavan ,
you need to recreate the same files structure (untar backup and recreate home and inst folder). Moreover, in order to complete the restore you need to restore the DB too. Do you have a dump of your db?
Fabio
The following guide (referring to a fresh installation) https://confluence.atlassian.com/doc/installing-confluence-on-linux-from-archive-file-255362363.html could help you on that.
