hi team,

how to migrate jira 5.x to latest version in inhouse server (ubuntu instance)

tried to upgrade from 5.x to 6.x and 5.x to 5.10 and 5.x to 7.x

after upgrade page not opening/working as expected

please let me know the proper guide/link to upgrade it asap.

Hi @sudhakarlinux27 and welcome,

that is a very old jira version. I remember that you should go to 6.4 jira version first and then go ahead with upgrade to each major version 7.X, 8.X, 9.X.
