Hello @daniel scully

If you are confluence/space admin, you should be able to enter "Space permissions" setting and then either:

  • Add manually this new employee to the "Individual Users" list
  • Check what groups are added to the "Groups" list and and this new employee to a specific one - but you should be aware that adding a user to a specific group may also grant his additional persmissions you are not aware of.

Hi Daniel,

First, everyone on this site would likely not have access to that Confluence site, so there wouldn't be much point in sharing the link. But, if you have admin permissions for the space, you would do the following:

  1. Click on the "Space tools" button at the bottom left of the screen
  2. Click on "Permissions"
  3. Find the user or group you'd like to provide permissions for using the search utility on the page, then adjust permissions on the page.
  4. Click "Save all" at the bottom.
