Well, from the Confluence interface there is no dedicated tool for this. What you could do is search for the style tags in the page source. For such, you can:
- Navigate to the desired page
- Click the Three dots menu (...) at the top right corner
- Click *View Storage Format*
- In the pop up that comes up, search for tags like these:
* <p><span style="color: rgb(255,0,0);">The Quick Brown Fox Jumps Over The Lazy Dog</span></p>
The style parameter denotes that some style has been applied to the line. In this case the red color has been applied.
