I need to replicate how Wrike handles request forms in Confluence/ Jira.
In Wrike you can create an external facing URL page that collects information, then automatically creates a set of tasks based on the options/ fields selected.
Confluence and Jira seem to not have anything remotely close to this type of function.
In Confluence, variables exist, but only by creating a new page and picking a template. The variables are not dynamic and useless (they can even be removed when editing)
Jira is even more of a lost cause... work management has a joke of a "form"... useless...
I don't want another third party app to create this functionality either...
sorry to hear it is such a pain for your team.
I am wondering if a combination of an Issue Collector and Automation could get you started at least?
Regards,
Daniel
