Not knowing if you have cloud or server...you can give users access to blog function

Hi @lyudmyla_kazak and welcome to the community,

Out of the box you only get the ability to comment on a page. If you want a "chat" functionality, then you have to search for an app in the marketplace. Just make sure to pick your right hosting type (cloud, server or data center)
