group permissions

Maya Fleisher January 29, 2020

Hi,

Currently we are using the confluence-users group to provide access for all our employees.

Our challenge is that we would like to add another group for partners which are not employees but should have access to specific pages in specific spaces.

1. We created a new group under "Global Permissions" with "can use" only.

2. If we added this group to specific page - they still not able to see the page.

3. If we added this group to space permission - they are able to see all the pages under this space.

4. We couldn't find a way to eliminate the view (for example) from specific pages. (which is not ideal any way)

Is there any other solution for this issue?

Thanks in advance,

Maya

Restrict the page that you don't want them to view7.JPG8.jpgthen add your employee group to this
