full name is wrong since account merge

Since my accounts were merged my Confluence full name is wrong, it has been set to the username for my merged account and cannot be changed (no matter how many times I save my Full Name in my Atlassian Account). Please advise.

Hi Robert,

When you say "my accounts", do you mean accounts in your company's Atlassian instance, or do you mean your Atlassian user account here at atlassian.com?

If it's your company's Atlassian instance, your system administrator can change your username.

If it's your atlassian.com user account, enter a ticket at support.atlassian.com and they'll correct it for you.
