How do I export a document (in word or pdf version) that has an "old" version and therefore different from the current one? When i select the "export" command, it is possible to download only the latest version of the file and not the "outdated" ones.
Thanks
Hi @Giulia Stella and welcome to the Community.
In the Page history section, you can simply temporarily restore a previous version - it will become the 'latest' one. Export it, then go back to Page history and restore the actual latest version.
Then you can simply delete that old restored page version.
Alternatively, there's an app that allows you to do a proper versioning of your entire space (it's called Scroll Documents by K15t). So you'd be allowed to export any page from previously saved versions, especially if you also use Scroll PDF Exporter :) )
Note: I don't work for the app vendor.
thanks Kristian!

Hi Giulia and welcome to the Community!
Have you considered using a proper official versioning with major and manor versioning, separate from the native Confluence's versioning? "Workflows for Confluence" not only builds multi-stage complex workflows, but also creates Official Versioning. Then, you can export your documents with all the metadata about Official Versions of your document, and export the previous ones, of course.
