expand and collapse

Hi everyone,

I am new to confluence and trying to find a way I can expand and collapse multiples of the expand macro integrated in confluence.

I use these to break up information through my entire pages but it can get tiresome opening and closing every expand tab manually.

is there a way I can close and open these or create a integrated button with the default options in confluence? I am open to add ons but preference to no add ons if possible.
