error in import xml

Trying to import Confluence site xml and have an error without any explanation. Link with a rad underline is not working, can't understand what the problem.

Could you please share a little more details on the issue?

• Are you trying to import from one cloud site to another or from server to cloud? 
• Does the new site have data existing in it?
• Could you please check to ensure there are no duplicate spaces or spaces with the same name? This also can cause problems.
• There could be a problem with the export file itself where it might have missed some data. It can fail in such a case
