Is there a way to get rid of duplicates in report.
I have tasks in each weeks meeting minutes. When i copy an new one all the tasks is duplicated in the automativ report list that i have created.
Can i avoid this somehow?

The fact that a new task appears in a report is expected behavior. It doesn't matter whether it was newly written or pasted.
If it is desired to track the open tasks on the pages, I'd recommend the Task Report Macro.
To display the tasks accurately, you should work with labels and configure the macro accordingly. Fortunately, the tasks can also be completed directly in the report macro without having to visit the page on which the task was originally set.
