We've been using draw.io for a while now without issue.

We're now receiving an error that if we want to create more than 10 diagrams we have to license the product. However, we have less than 10 users and fall into the free category.

We have contacted draw.io, who suggested the issue is on Atlassian's side.

Any help would be appreciated.

Just to clarify, we will have suggested to talk to Atlassian because you're unable to start a free trial on the manage apps screen or unable to convert the trial to a (free) subscription. These are the issues which Atlassian are placed to help with, the 10 diagram message is a symptom of there being no license in place.

Hi @Jonathan

I'd contact Atlassian Support for this one - https://support.atlassian.com/contact/#/

If the App vendor has suggested it's an Atlassian issue, Support will be best-placed to recommend how to resolve that.
