Hello, I'm using Confluence data center. Sometimes, the sync between the crowd and the confluence system is abnormal and the confluence system updates the directory information again. Recently, this phenomenon has become more frequent, so I analyzed the log and found that whenever it syncs, I get jwt expired logs such as {:type:jwt/expired,:level:warning,:entity\"Synchronic-faeb03d-3e94-9023-516a6e4b06d\"}. I'd appreciate it if you could share if the cause of the phenomenon is correct and how to fix it.

Hi there,

Welcome to the community. The mentioned error should be related to an expired token which could trigger by long running task that leads to timeout. In order to get a better understanding of the issue, could you please let us know if there are any other ERROR message described in the UI?

Have you looked into the atlassin-confluence.log which is available in <Confluence_HOME_Dir>/logs/.

If there is any synchronization failure, this logs should let you know the cause of the issue or at the very least more information which allow us to troubleshoot further.

regards,
