different wiev of sidebar for users and admin/other users

Hi

Does anyone know what should be changed to switch the sidebar view for the user? User (owner of the space) reported that somehow his sidebar menu has changed from tree to list. When I open the same space I can see tree sidebar. Other admins also see tree.

Which browser are is that user using?

Have you tried running in incognito mode?

Yes, we tried to change the browser and we tried to open in incognito mode. No difference :(
