Seems like I should know this but I'm looking to have default text within a table entry that is just there to describe what should be entered. Once someone starts to enter text, that "default" text is no longer present.
Can't wait to hear the obvious answer that I just cannot simply remember ;)

@Scott Buratt As far as I'm aware, the only place you can have default text that is overwritten when someone enters text is when you put it on a page template. I'm not sure if this extends to a table on a template.
