debugging confluence linux

Hi,

I cannot debug web app en plugin on my server linux.

I have no problem when conlfuence is on a windows server, i just lunch it in the foreground en not as a service.

But on linux i'm not able to do that...

How should i start confluence to debug?

Thanks.

log4j allows you to set debugging on as many objects as you please, either via the UI or via the log4j.properties file. If it fails before that you should see information in whereever/confluence/logs/catalina.out or whereever/application-data/confluence/logs/atlassian-confluence.log

Have you checked these?

Sorry but i speak about remote debbuging....my bad

I actually can't debug with Eclipse
